no... when perl6 was last-mentioned, there were only do-it-yourself builds.
Looking now, I do see that OpenSuSE tumbleweed has a package which is
updated occasionally:

and (probably noticed before - now that I'm looking, I recall that just
installing the package was not enough to get a workable system):
