Wiki-like text discussion box: I don't have a mobile device to test this on. I
test it in the "Responsive design mode" built into my browser. I might need to
crank up the font size, but I can't tell just yet.

Details:

This chunk of CSS adds support for smaller screens. The main feature is that
it gets rid of the sidebar and instead puts it in a "top-bar". Font size has
not been modified.
