Hi,
    Sylvain has a question about where translation team web pages 
should go. Right now it's inconsistent, with some in the main tree and 
others under the software/ tree. He suggested maybe putting them on 
nongnu.org,  but to me it seems like maybe we should create a new 
directory like translators/ in the main tree and put the teams and 
translation info under there. What do you think?
