Details:

Hi   I would like to request that an user option config so that specific
channels have the ability for user defined act colors in buffers.pl.

That is if normally active channels get a new color when there is activity
(defined in buffers.color_hotlist_message) i would like to request that for
specific user defined channels one would have the option to define a different
color then the buffers.color_hotlist_message one
