Details:
This is minor, but most 64-bit Linux flavors that I have read of use "lib64"
directories, while the configure script only searches for tclConfig.sh in
"lib" directories.
The work-around is to use " --with-tclconfig=/usr/lib64" for Slackware, but it
would be nice if this was automated. My guess is around line 719 of
configure.in for -3.1.4 and -devel.
