Details:
It seems something is wonky with server options in irc.conf and the /reload
command.
I edited irc.conf externally to add a new server. Then, I issued the /reload
command and was able to make use of the options from the file. However, when I
issued the /save command and looked at irc.conf again the new block of server
options was gone.
