Details:

Currently you can only delete 1 ignore at a time, or all of them.
It would be nice if either the following formats for deleting multiple ignores
at once would be added:

# Deletes ignores 1, 2, 3, 4, 8
++++
/ignore del 1-4,8
----

or:
++++
/ignore del 1,2,3,4,8
----

(Or separated by spaces instead of commas)
