Details:

Would it be possible to create an option for join, part and other messages
that can be changed with /set?
By this I mean the "has quit" and "has joined" parts of messages like these
(and possibly formatting, like on the status and other bars), I know the
prefixes (-->/<--) and separators (|) can already be changed.

<-- | user (address@hidden) has quit (Read error: No route to host)
--> | user (address@hidden) has joined #channel
