Hi Daniel,
I don't understand exactly what you want to do.
Did you heard about "bitlbee" ? It's an IRC server providing gateway
for protocols like Jabber, AIM, ICQ, MSN, ..
Anyway, you're welcome on irc.freenode.net, channel #weechat to
discuss with us (developers) about any feature request.
