wget2 | Crash: "free(): double free detected in tcache 2" when using --load-cookies (#650)

Using the latest wget2 from git (fb69b5d2809063e5c0141), the attached cookies 
file causes wget2 to crash with a double free.

```
wget2 --load-cookies cookies.txt 
free(): double free detected in tcache 2
Aborted (core dumped)
```

Note if the cookies have expired I get

```
wget2 --load-cookies cookies.txt 
Failed to read cookies
Nothing to do - goodbye
```

The cookies file was creating by going to this 
[site](https://www.britannica.com/topic/Netscape-Communications-Corp) and 
exporting the cookies with the Firefox "Export Cookies" plugin.
