I've committed the stuff, and at least autogen.sh and configure runs
well now. Of course one needs a recent version of Ogg Vorbis now.

Problem is, the configure test program of 1.0 segfaults on my box :(.
I'll reinstall and see if the error remains. I hope this is just a local
problem.
