Sorry, forgot to update tools/Makefile.am. pydonthell should be added
and questedit and oggloop removed. Latter are pretty pointless at
present, so there's little need to compile them.

Apart from the crash at the end ;). Stupid event stuff. I thought that
would be sane and working by now!
