[Adonthell-general] A hassle with compiling 0.3 from CVS

Hello!
Love the looks and feel of Adonthell! But when I decided to get compile 
0.3 from the CVS I get the error below. I'm on Ubuntu linux (Hoary) with 
autoconf 2.59, automake 1.4-p6 (also installed are versions 1.6.3, 
1.7.9, 1.8.5 and 1.9.4). I've tried different versions of automake, 
which do give different errors, but none of those tried versions have 
worked. Something with automake what's the fault?

Now type './configure' to prepare Adonthell for compilation.
Afterwards, 'make' will build Adonthell.
