[AlcoveBook-users] sgml2x in CVS

Some (official) life on this project at last :)

I just imported the first module in CVS.  This is the sgml2x
converted.  It includes support for DocBook and Norman Walsh's
stylesheets, as well as LDP and Gtk stylesheets (somewhat hackish
because they don't provide public IDs themselves), full documentation,
and files to build a Debian package.

I still have some cleanups of alcovebook-sgml itself to do before
importing it.
