thanks for the new release, I grabbed it immediately. :-)

One thing to note: After installation I found that the files 
auctex.info and preview-latex.info in $EMACSDIR/info have not been 
updated. It still worked in the 2007-01-07 snapshot.

Did I do something wrong? I used

./configure --prefix=c:/programme/emacs --with-texmf-
dir=c:/programme/texmf
make
make install

just as usual. Please ask, should you need more information from my 
side?
