No, you wanted to change "http://audio-video.gnu.org/foobar"; to
"//audio-video.gnu.org/foobar".  I did and everything seems to work,
even if I would probably have used relative links instead.  I'm closing
the task.

I've intentionally not changed links to other sites, including GNU or
FSF.  Please reopen the task and let me know if you wanted that as well.
