autoheader-2.53 warnings

hi,

I am novice in using autoconf tools..
Could you tell me why I am getting these errors..

autoheader-2.53
configure.in:8: warning: do not use m4_patsubst: use
patsubst or m4_bpatsubst
configure.in:17: warning: AC_PROG_LEX invoked multiple
times
configure.in:67: warning: do not use m4_regexp: use
regexp or m4_bregexp

I would rally apprciate ur help
