Yet another install set of Gunnnar's binaries is available, this time
on www.avrfreaks.net
This version of the installation program doesn't call the old
install.exe - although I've kept it in case the new system fails - but
builds the batch file&libraries directly.
This avoids the annoying 'Outreset - access denied' dialog on NT4/W2k.
If it fails, please flame me (or something).
