If it's the one I'm thinking of, that has an include to an avrfreaks make
file, I ran into a problem trying to compile other people's projects, since
I didn't HAVE this avrfreaks include file, and had a devil of a time finding
it.

Eventually it came out that it is part of the Avrfreaks windows gcc
distribution, which being on linux I had no reason to even look at.

I've based most of my AVR makefile's from one include with Larry Barello's
AvrX and other projects, and found it to be quite simple.
