[avr-]libc != libgcc
avr-libc is under a (modified) BSD copyright, which effectively allows
you to do anything with it, except claiming you wrote it.
libgcc is distributed under a modified GPL (with the exception that
your entire application doesn't automatically full under GPL by just
linking against that library).
