I have patches for binutils 2.15 and gcc 3.4.3 to add the mega 
325-3250-645-6450 devices at this Task Tracker:

Support for these devices was previously added to avr-libc.

Could you review these patches for completeness? Especially the 
LINK_SPEC settings in avr.h (for GCC). I want to make sure that it is 
correct for all those devices.
