Linux is just one single piece of what AVRDUDE supports. If you
insist on that, I'll go ahead, and remove the Linux name completely,
changing it to "POSIX-style operating systems". In fact, most of the
AVRDUDE development is done on FreeBSD (and has always been, as the
original author started on FreeBSD as well).
