[avrdude-dev] Modified AVRDUDE binaries without Corresponding Source

Hi all,

I've been disappointed to learn that Open Source RF's Kickstarted RFduino
board is not what it seemed to be. Key elements of its source are closed,
namely its Bluetooth Low-Energy stack.

Their github repo includes binary copies of AVRDUDE that come from modified
source. This source has not been released. They say it's on their "todo
list":

I believe this is a violation of AVRDUDE's license.
