Can the two of you work on bringing the docs up to speed
with the Doyen CD distribution?

  The latest work to add Sage is not in the docs yet. However,
  the current docs should allow anybody to reproduce the
  latest CD. Of course the docs can always be improved.
  I will revise the documentation.

Are the how-to build docs on the Doyen CD?

 Yes they are.  Not that visible now...quick fix.
