Sweet that actually hits on a couple I had on my list - scrypt intensity max and opencl code.

How about this one since it seems like a simple matter of parsing? I can have a go as well since I have a few diff types of GPUs - just hadn't found time (yet):

In addition to the latest git:
- NanoFury 2 support
- BFL Monarch support
- set_device_funcs branch
- hashfast clock setting
- --benchmark + --shares? .. on --scrypt
- clean up opencl code
- increase opencl scrypt intensity max
