Details:
For the next major release of Bibledit (3.8 or 4.0 even), Bibledit should use
a Git feature to branch from the mainline into a release branch.
This allows ministries that use Bibledit to keep up on bug fixes without also
getting major new features before they are ready.
To make this work, we might need to alter the version numbering slightly, or
simply use letters (e.g. 4.0a, 4.0b, etc).
Your thoughts?
