What does this facility do in Paratext and TE?

If the password is known then these zip files can be unpacked, and the
resulting USFM files imported into Bibledit. If the password is not
known, then these zip files could be imported in Paratext, exported
again as USFM files, and then these USFM files could be imported into
Bibledit.

The languages that can be selected when creating a new project do not
have an influence upon the routines that make the word boundaries. The
word boundaries are determined by the Pango library (www.pango.org). I
would think that in case Pango supports the Tibetan language, it would
then be sufficient to set the locale of the computer where Bibledit runs
to the Tibetan language.

If that does not work, then a fix to the Pango library would do it.
