thanks Tim for your quick response. My projector only supports 720p,
does that lowers the bar for graphics card or not really?

yes, I do have a set of glasses. But the best graphics card I have
is Radeon HD 4890. It is not one of the AMD HD3D cards. So, I
am still debating if I should find a better card first. If it does not
work, what will I see on the screen? and what kind of output
format I should select?
