Patch for bison/po/es.po

I installed the following patch into bison-1_29-branch/po/; it is
taken from Debian's bison_1.34-1.diff.gz.  Could you please ensure
that this patch appears in the next Spanish translation for Bison at
www.iro.umontreal.ca?  Thanks.
