Hi!
The new LibreOffice can open the .svg files. I try to open an BKChem molecule, well, it is not so good. (The lines and the letters are wrong places) I know I can export in to .odg format, but is more easier use the programs without the export.

as far as I know for the moment LibreOffice can load svg but not all. It seems that loading svg containing texts is not well opened. This is perhaps the reason why you have got that issue. Let's wait.
