Last time I tried Sarge Beta 3 installer, it came with an Arabic 
translation, but it didn't support joining, nither RTL, so basicaly 
what I saw on the page was a funny looking unreadable script which I 
later found out was supposed to be 'Arabic'.

Has this changed since Beta 3?
