I tried it -dAutoRotatePages=/None, but it did not do anything...

Just to see if this comand does anything, I also tried =/All and =/PageByPage. 
Even these options did not do anything to the report.

Perhaps the problem is simply that ps2pdf "helpfully" automatically rotates 
pages under some circumstances.  (I think when the page width is a larger 
dimension than the height, but I've never fully tracked it
down.)

Maybe try:
ps2pdf -dAutoRotatePages=/None ...
