[Bug-AUCTeX] 11.81; $ in doc mode misinterpreted

Hello!

I am sure this pictures explains more than I could with my own words:

It's taken from pst-pdf.dtx (http://perce.de/LaTeX/pst-pdf/). The error 
starts in line #593. The same behaviour in GNU Emacs 22.0.50.
