[Bug-AUCTeX] Bug with preview-latex on windows x64 versions (Windows XP x64 / Windows Vista x64 RC2)

Hi,

I’ve been using emacs and auctex on windows for a while now and have never been able to get preview-latex to display preview images on 64-bit versions of windows.  Could be a problem with emacs itself on win x64 rather than preview, as the previews are generated fine but emacs crashes when it goes to display them.

I’ve verified this problem on my system using both emacs and xemacs on both Windows XP 64-bit and Windows Vista x64 (various versions – thru RC2).  Have also tried using both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of ghostscript and gsview, as well as the versions distributed with MikTeX.  No problems running on the 32-bit versions of XP or Vista and this issue is unlikely to affect the greater proportion of Auctex users, but thought it was probably worth flagging given that more people are (?probably?) going to be moving to 64-bit versions of windows in the near future.
