[Bug-AUCTeX] scrbase.el and scrlttr2.el

Dear all,

the "style" scrlttr2.el provides many commands of the documentclass 
"scrlttr2.cls" (a KOMA-Script class) for AucTeX.

As the file contains no reference to scrbase.el, most of the common 
improvements of KOMA-Script are not available in scrlttr2.el

For example, the environment called "addmargin" works in all KOMA-Script 
classes. Same goes for "labeling".

I do not know anything about Lisp. Just for my purposes I added some lines to 
scrlttr2.el. I attach the modified file here. I'm aware that I should change 
the name of it, but would't that render the file unusable?

However, it would be an improvement if scrlttr2.el knew about "labeling", 
"addmargin" and so on.
