[Bug-AUCTeX] 11.86; Homepage should have clearer instructions on how to report bugs

Dear AUCTeX developers,

I didn't submit my previous bug report the right way (i.e. using M-x 
TeX-submit-bug-report), as I didn't find the instructions sufficiently 
clear.

Planning to report a bug I found the 
http://www.gnu.org/software/auctex/mailing-lists.html page.  There, I 
saw "address@hidden" and _didn't_ bother following the link to the 
"list information", as I thought, well, it's just the well-known mailman 
kind of page.

Later I did check that page 
(https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-auctex) and found that you 
recommend reporting bugs with M-x TeX-submit-bug-report, which I then 
did.  It would be helpful if this  were explained on the homepage as 
well.  (BTW I see that it _is_ explained in the info manual, which is good.)
