Build CommonC++ V1.5 using gcc/g++ 3.0

Hi out there,

as a proud user ;-) of the new gcc-3.0, I had to include the directive 

  using std::ios;

in the files

  serial.cpp
  fifo.cpp
  
in order to compile Version 1.5 of CommonC++. Apart from this,
everything worked fine.
