The SDL_gfx maintainer changed the lib version numbering:

"changed configure.in INTERFACE_AGE and BINARY_AGE based on Debian
build feedback (Barry deFreese)"

This means that packages linked against the previous version of
libSDL_gfx need to be recompiled to use the new version - that is, you
need to rebuild FreeDink.

Can you request a rebuild in the AUR?
