Hi,

Along time ago I wrote chart.pl that was integrated into Gnatsweb
somewhere along the line.  You shouldn't need chart.pl

Here is how the charting stuff works.  A query is done of the
database.  The the results are reformatted and Gnuuplot is fired up to
create the PNG file that gets displayed.  The PNG file is deleted from
the server after a given amount of time has elasped.

I would make sure you have Gnuplot installed.  If you do then it would
seem that Gnatsweb and Gnuplot may have some sort of disconnect.
