Note: for bug-gu-chess

The problem occurs when a reset happens, and the thread that is thinking
(in iterate, not pondering) returns a move, which can happen far too
late (i.e. after a new first move on the second game has been entered).

This can be seen if you run in "xboard -debug" and wait for the engine
to complete it's output before making whites first move the problem goes
away.

Obviously if a reset is issued we need to ensure that the iterate thread
terminates its iterations promptly, and doesn't produce any output.

It looks like xboard may be trying to cope with this conditions (see
error quoted above), which I need to check.

I need to think through what are the appropriate ways to fix this. Mike
and Lukas are welcome to make suggestions at this point.
