bug#3265: "Double Click" to open a file doesn't work in C:\Documents and Settings\user_name in Windows XP.

Hello, When i try to "double click" to open the following text file in Windows Explorer:

C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\mytxt.txt

Emacs tries to open the file:

C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Settings\user_name\mytxt.txt

which can't be found. Can you provide any help?
