As in, within the last week? It's almost certainly a result of the
hash-table changes I put in, which I'm still trying to clean up.

I was able to reproduce this a single time, on one of my machines, and
never again afterwards. But it's definitely an artifact of the changes I
put in, I will try to track it down.
