bug in 1.3.90

                Hello,
        I tried lily 1.3.90, here is some bugs (or it's just error from me :-). 
I used lily on Indiférence a musette
score but also play by jazzmens, I send the source code with this mail.
        - I can't have slur between grace note and normal note ;
        - trill are stick to the note and it's not realy readable ;
        - bar under the alternative repetition are not vertcaly align, maybe 
it's liked to the pith of the notes under
it ;
        - I used a macro in order to have coda and segno on the top of the bar 
instead of a note, and it's don't work
in the trio and coda part.
                It was the small little bug by .... me, have a good day,

P.S. : I looked to the mutopia project, but I not understood everything about 
the legal part, what are the possibility
for the Jazz standard, like a big "real book online" with all tune for each 
score ?
