The basic premise I've taken, is that noone will read the reference
manual in order. People usually dive into a program, and only look
things up in the manual when they get completely stuck, and probably
start to read where they found some explanation regarding their
problem. So order is not all that important, although I agree with
Jan that the boring stuff should go in a separate section at the end.
