The scheme text-relative-functions (rows and lines) are too buggy to find any 
use.
Please take a look into them before shipping 1.4 - especially as long as there 
is problems with word-spacing when using direct-tex.


  c^#`(rows ";" (lines "1" (bold "2") "3"))

You see that "lines" create a line for every word encountered - it creates a 
line for the bold-qualifier and even for its own line-quialifier. The result is

 3

instead of

01
 2
 3

Preferable, ofcourse, would be

 1
02
 3
