incorrect german-chords.ly + Lily does not complain of odd directorys

Hi,

While trying to produce a working rpm for SuSE distribution of LilyPond
1.3.149 I found
the following:

german-chords.ly: 
   Could you remove the mail header and footer from this file? Or should
I produce a patch?


directory-structure:
   while upgrating from 1.2.17 rpm to 1.3.149 (produced from original
spec file)
   rpm didn't remove the symlinks from /usr/share/lilypond to the texmf
directory but
   removed the subdirectorys in /usr/share/texmf of lily . So none of
the files had been
   installed, which had to be under one of the subdirs which the
symlinks should 
   representate.

   When I started LilyPond I got flooded with error messages like
   [...] is zero or NaN [...]
   (I don't remember the correct message and it doesn't hit the problem)
   between these Lines and other error messages I found the correct
error:
   could not find lily.ly

   I don't know which of the missing files caused these messages. 
   Could someone add a check to get a right error message in a similar
situation?

   To provide an easy way for upgrating I copied the part concerning
with the
   symlinks from SuSE 1.2.17 spec to my 1.3.149 spec file.

I attatched the output of ls in /usr/share/lilypond after modifiying the
spec file.
