Problems with recent versions of Lilypond

Hi,

I'm having problems with the recent few versions of Lilypond (since 
about 1.3.147 I think). They compile without problems, but running 
"lilypond input.ly" on most files results in a segmentation fault. Some 
seem to work, but very few. I've checked the requirements and I think I 
have the required versions of all prerequisite programs. I've also 
downloaded the whole archive for 1.3.150 (rather than just using 
patches) but this doesn't help.

I realise that the above is not enough information to make a sensible 
diagnosis. However, I'm not sure how I can be more helpful. I've 
compiled Lilypond with debugging information, but could someone let me 
know how I can get it to give something more helpful than "Segmentation 
fault"?
