Bug report: staff lines continue past the end of a line of music.

  This is probably already known, but it's very visually distracting.  In
Lilypond 1.4.5 (as seen in Debian unstable), the staff lines continue very
slightly past the end of the last measure bar of each line of music, like this:

  -----------|-
             |
  -----------|-
             |
  -----------|-
             |
  -----------|-
             |
  -----------|-

  If this isn't going to be fixed in the current "stable" branch, is it
possible that a fix could be backported to 1.4.5?
