error while building GNU m4

The operating system is AIX 4.3.

The C compiler is "IBM C for AIX Version 5".

 

After running "./configure", I enter the "make" command, it showed following error:

making all in doc
        cd . && makeinfo m4.texinfo
/bin/sh: makeinfo:  not found.
make: 1254-004 The error code from the last command is 127.

Stop.
make: 1254-004 The error code from the last command is 1.

Stop.

The attached file is the config.cache created by "./configure".

 

What should I do to build m4?
