Since this is talking about "the config scripts" (plural) and
earlier, at ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/config/, the config.sub was available at
the same location, I would mention both

  http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/*checkout*/config/config/config.guess
and
  http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/*checkout*/config/config/config.sub
